Parked Car Finder is a local-first Android app that helps users save where they parked and return to the saved spot later.
Information the app stores
The app may store parking details on your device, including saved latitude and longitude, parking level, row, zone, spot number, entrance, landmark, notes, parking photo path, parking meter reminder time, and saved history.
Location
The app requests location only when you tap Save My Car. It does not track your location in the background and does not continuously monitor your movement.
Photos and camera
The app requests camera or photo access only when you choose to add a parking photo. Parking photos remain on your device unless you choose to share them outside the app.
Notifications
The app may request notification permission so it can show local parking meter reminders. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
No account and no backend
Parked Car Finder does not require login, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or a user account. The app does not operate a backend server for storing your parking data.
Third-party apps
When you tap Find My Car, the app may open Google Maps or a browser with your saved destination coordinates. Those third-party apps and websites are governed by their own privacy policies.
Ads
Parked Car Finder is intended to be a free app with advertising. If ads are enabled, advertising partners may process data according to their own policies and platform rules.
Data deletion
You can delete saved parking data inside the app by clearing the current spot, deleting history, or uninstalling the app.
